Younger school aged children and their moral judgement
Havelková, Lucie ; Klusák, Miroslav (advisor) ; Hrabec, Ondřej (referee)
As the title indicates, our thesis focuses on the moral judgment of children. In analogy to the diploma thesis of Eliška Kuruczová, we as well used situations of social games and stories about lying and unfair authority. The main source for our thesis was Jean Piaget's The moral judgment of the child, published published in 1932, in which Piaget presented the results of his interviews with children. In his research, Piaget stated that moral judgment within dimension of game rules is more complex and requires higher level of orientation in moral issues. But Piaget considers games in general as a competition because of social organization and that's a meeting point where Eliška Kuruczová's bachelor thesis follows on. This thesis examines how different social organization of games influences moral orientation in the issue of games. Thanks to this thesis, which our thesis is based on, we could focus on other questions in Piaget's research that remained unanswered, eg. whether there is a link between the level of orientation in social games and the age of children, or what type of game social organization is the most / least difficult for children's orientation. For triangulation of our research on moral judgment development, we used stories about lying and unfair authority in our interviews. We tried...

Social organisation in nocturnal primates
Klíčová slova: sociální organizace; noční primáti; Tarsius; radio-telemetrie, sociální chování ABSTRACT Nocturnal primates have been described as solitary, without social networks and with minimum direct contact outside the mating season. They have been perceived as a homogenous group with uniform and primitive social organisation. Most of these primates forage solitarily, however recent studies have shown that a substantial number of nocturnal primate species is social. They possess social networks and the scale of their social interactions does not differ much from the one we know in diurnal primates....

This master thesis examined the scent marking behaviour by urine and faeces in four equid species, African wild ass (Equus africanus), Grevy?s zebra (Equus grevyi), Plain zebra (Equus quagga) and Mountain zebra (Equus zebra), in captivity. Data about scent marking were collected during two five-month seasons of behavioural observation of 15 equid herds in 5 Czech Zoos, Zoo Dvůr Králové, Zoo Liberec, Zoo Brno, Zoo Ostrava and Zoo Ústí nad Labem. Kašpárek, Petr ; Hiršová, Miloslava (advisor) ; Šárová, Jaroslava (referee)
My thesis is dealing with the social system of an organisation and its quality. It is divided in the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I describe general aspects of an organisation concerning it a system of social relationships. I look at the development of an organisation in the course of time and I make an overview of the indicators and instruments used for measuring the system's quality. I applied my theoretical knowledge in the practical part. I measured the quality of social relationships with the indicators as social values and standards, corporate ethics and social climate. I consider them the most important in my thesis.
Methods of Management of Multinational Non-Government Non-Profit Organizations
Hlavním přínosem této diplomové práce by mělo být rozšíření povědomí o sociálním podnikání a o důležitosti používání marketingu v neziskových organizacích. Vedle teoretických poznatků se výše zmíněné cíle pokusím přiblížit i sestavením konkrétního marketingového plánu pro konkrétní mezinárodní neziskovou organizaci. Touto neziskovou organizací je International Young Naturefriends (IYNF). Jelikož téma sociálního podnikání není zatím moc rozšířené, čerpám v této práci hlavně z materiálů poskytnutých mezinárodní neziskovou organizací Nonprofit Enterprise and Self-sustainability Team (NESsT).
